A Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) runs Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC) firmware. |
| Depending on your CIMC settings, the CIMC can be accessed through the 1-GE dedicated management port or a Cisco Virtual Interface Card (VIC). |
